NISKO FABRYKA Leather – Custom Leather Work
A maker of beautiful leather items. They make everything completely by hand with the highest quality, vegetable-tanned leather. They make a wide array of products from belts and keyrings to shoes and custom items. They recently made a new presentation binder for TreHus (see photo above), and it is absolutely amazing. The level of detailing is unlike any other leather product we’ve seen, and the leather is of such quality that it seems like an entirely different material than the everyday stuff of which our shoes and wallets are made.
Steller Creations – Makers of Mittens & Other Items Repurposed from Old Sweaters
Steller creations is a unique business that takes thrift-store sweaters and turns them into beautiful new mittens and other assorted winterwear items. All of the materials are hand-selected, and all of the products are hand-made. Every pair is one-of-a-kind.
Biebert Studios – Jewelry Makers
Biebert Studios creates handmade jewelry with very ornate and intricate wire and bead work. They make earrings, necklaces, bracelets and more.
Sue Mersman’s Marquetry – Wood Art
The images above look like they are paintings, but they are not. They were created using only wood, which Sue Mersman assiduously cuts out and puts together to make art pieces that are not only beautiful, but realistic, as well as quite stunning once you realize the technical skill needed to make them.
Kit Wilson – Visual Artist
Kit Wilson skillfully paints Minnesota landscapes. She captures the beauty of our colorful falls, our vibrant springs, and even our frigid winters. She does a great job of portraying the details, like the shadow of a tree on the grass, or the outline of a tree against the sky. Her work is on display and for sale at the Groveland Gallery.

AW Hoyt Metal Art fabricates custom metal pieces – everything from indoor and outdoor sculptures to furniture and architectural pieces. As you can see from the above photos, there is not much that is beyond his skill level.
