Celebrating 40 Years

Grant Pehrson, Project Manager

Grant Pehrson is a Project Manager with over 30 years of experience in a variety of types and phases of construction. Grant grew up on Lake Zumbra and went to school in the Chaska school district, graduating in 1980. He now lives just four miles away on Cook’s Bay, Lake Minnetonka. Prior to working at TreHus, Grant worked as a Union carpenter for 10 years. He was involved in phases 1 & 2 of the Mall of America’s construction, the Metrodome Plaza’s construction, and the construction of an award-winning school in Savage with Sheehy Construction. After receiving his contractor’s license and building his own home, Grant discovered a new passion for residential remodeling. He began working as a sub-contractor and even founded Shane Homes’ remodeling division while working on the condos at the Westin high-rise in Edina. Grant’s drive and talent shine through in every aspect of his work, and his firm belief in transparency and integrity leave clients and team members eager to work with him again.

Grant is an avid animal lover, earning his nickname “the animal whisperer” by turning a highly trained security dog into a pile of mush. Outside of the office, Grant can be found spending time with his special needs dog, Monroe, fishing or water skiing on the lake, or watching wildlife in a tree with his bow and arrow, enjoying mother nature’s creation.
