  • <p>This beautiful 1923 English Cottage, with sweeping views of the St. Paul bluffs, was in desperate need of restoration.   • <p>A leafy, marble mosaic at the range brings the nature surrounding the home into the kitchen and complements the light palette pairing well with the Brittanica Cambria counters.   • <p>The existing masonry fireplace was converted to a two-sided gas fireplace and the openings between the kitchen and great room were enlarged creating a more open connection between the spaces, and bringing a cozy fireplace into the breakfast room.</p> <p><iframe loading="lazy" src="https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=7Zy8fBQLJFF" width="853" height="480" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen"></iframe></p>
  • <p>New lighting, cabinetry and dining room fireplace mantel brought improved function and utility to this space while maintaining the original spirit of the space.   • <p>Creating space for a bathtub was the top priority for the homeowners.   • <p>A vibrantly patterned floor tile brings a splash of color into the kids’ bath and is paired with a Tender Grey subway tile on the shower wall.   • <p>An awkward nook tucked behind the stairs was utilized to create a simple, playful bathroom.   • <p>A former workroom was opened up and finished to create a rec. room. Valuable space for exercise, games, TV, and the occasional floor hockey tournament. Vinyl hardwood flooring was a budget-friendly way to create a comfortable, low-maintenance and attractive floor.
