The fire that started in the mechanical room of one of the oldest houses in Excelsior, required the restoration and gutting of most of the floors: basement, first and second. The homeowners reached out to us after a previous company took on the restorations and couldn’t handle the amount of work. There are many factors that need to be identified and properly addressed, such as the ash and markings that left behind a terrible odor and the damage that was done to the plumbing and electrical systems.
