The needs required an expanded bedroom space on the main floor and a flexible room that could function as a four-season porch, office, guest bedroom or yoga studio.</p>
  • <p>Among the top priorities was to improve the exterior appearance of the home to fit its setting on the lake, while creating a more welcoming presence on the street.</p>

  • <p>The 4-season porch is a light-filled oasis with sliding French doors and views of the lake. Aesthetically, the look of the home was completely transformed into a unique lakeside cottage that blends seamlessly into its surroundings.</p>
