  • <p>This mudroom was formerly a sunroom, but the active family needed a place to take off shoes and boots, and unload school and work supplies. TreHus carpenters built a custom bench, bookshelf and coat rack on site with beadboard accents to match the new ceiling. Relocating the back door from the kitchen to this room improved the flow of the home and gave this space increased function.</p>
  • <p>The powder room was remodeled with floor-to-ceiling subway tile, and features a custom-built vanity with a carrera marble top and a small, modern, console sink.</p>
