Warehouse Remodel

  • <p>TreHus remodeled this building, bringing out character that had been lost to deferred maintenance and covered up by a monochromatic paint job.</p>
  • <p>This entrance to the building had been boarded up, and is now welcoming with new lighting, a new patio, and a corrugated steel overhang.</p>
  • <p>Here’s a close up look at one of the new windows.</p>
  • <p>Inside, brick and structural elements were exposed, and a plywood floor was installed, all of which add to the industrial feel of the space.</p>
  • <p>The building is split into two halves – this side is an expansive open space with a vaulted ceiling.  Old skylights that had been covered up were rebuilt, and the wood-covered ceiling was restored.</p>
  • <p>Exposed beams, brick and concrete and industrial lighting bring the industrial feel to this side of the building.</p>
  • <p>The art gallery portion of the space in use.</p>
  • <p>When not being used as an art gallery, the space can act as a large garage.</p>
