Originally created to meet the needs of past clients with small projects that did not fit into our typical design-build work, the Specialty + Small Jobs division has evolved into a vital part of TreHus, serving both old and new clients with equal dedication.
From Estimate to Execution
The work performed by this division is distinguished from our traditional design-build work in that decisions need to be made, but a full design does not need to be developed. A simpler, quicker process is what defines the Specialty + Small Jobs Division, not project size.
Meet + Measure
Project scope is defined, measurements and photos are taken, and an estimate is prepared.
Bids + Contract
Estimate is approved, bids are gathered, materials priced, and contract finalized.
Construction
Contract is signed, scheduling and material ordering begins, and construction follows.

Dedicated Project Managers
Many of our project managers at TreHus, especially those in our Specialty + Small Jobs department, began their careers with hands-on carpentry, giving them a deep understanding of construction. Drawing on this experience, they serve as the link between field and client, speaking the language of both craftsman and homeowner to keep projects on time, on budget, and running smoothly.
