Grace attended Gustavus Adolphus College, where she graduated with a degree in Accounting. She initially worked as an accountant at a commercial management company before advancing to the role of accounting manager for the next several years. Her transition to TreHus marked a significant step in her career.

Professionally, Grace is most passionate about architecture, a childhood interest sparked by her father bringing home blueprints. Although she pursued accounting due to its alignment with her personality, she has intentionally stayed within the building and construction industry. Contributing meaningfully to the company and knowing her work is valued excites her.

Outside of work, Grace can be found spending time with family and friends, enjoying the cabin, embracing the outdoors, playing games, and engaging in activities like sewing and crafts. Her favorite way to spend a weekend or Sunday afternoon involves a mix of socializing, outdoor activities, and creative pursuits.
